Yesterday awoke with very stong left foot / achiles heel / tendo pain, could hardly walk. It eased with use and stretching. Used massage technique and massager multiple times, pain and soreness persisted all day.
Played some tennis, maybe 40 minutes worth.
Walked 1/2 mile.
Today awoke with minor left achiles heel pain, figured I'd try to get my run in,
pain got stronger at 6mph steady pace and did not diminish after 1/2 mile. So decided to walk / run interval
Did 3.6 mph walk then 7mph run for 1/2 mile alternates, then upped to 8mph for 1 lap interval + 1 minute walk.
Increased to 9mph for 1 minute intervals.
Got in total 4.5 miles then 1/4 mile cool down.
Better than nothing. left foot pain did not increase
