Calories:354.Fat:40%.First run since Friday as Ive had a cold.Still havent got rid of it but feel alot better.I wouldnt have normally ran feeling like this but Ive got a race on Sunday.Very slow pace even for this average HR.Hopefully this is to do with the cold.Knee felt slightly sore as well.Dont seem to be improving much just getting injuries.After the race I'll have to decide what I'm going to do.
