Ran at 5.0 mph for approx 22 minutes then felt very tired, legs ran out of steam, lungs out of breath, and even thought that maybe there was some chest pain. Reduced to 3.5 mph for one lap then increased to 3.8 mph and walked with 6 lb weights for the rest of the time. 10 minutes cool down at 3.5 mph/3.0 mph.
