Notes
More competition this month than last month. The heat and humidity made it rough and had a crappy head wind for part of the run. I hung back for the first quarter mile and decided the pace was to slow so I picked up the pace and probably a little to much. I did have a few guys go with me but they quickly dropped back minus Paul who hung with me. A little after to Paul passed me and I didn't have much energy to stay with him. I did make up some ground on the last half mile though.
Paul finished in 17:50 me in 17:59 and the next runner was well over 30 seconds back. Hopefully have some less humid weather next month and the same competition. With the added comp. this series might be a little more fun.
