Notes
Terrible evening for a run, extremely hot and humid. Managed to place 4th overall but my time was horrible. Started off feeling pretty good and hung with the top three guys for the first mile and half before dropping back a little bit. Had a rock in my shoe that I started to feel a little before the second mile, it was right on the ball of my left foot and really started to hurt. I was very close to stopping multiple times to get the rock out but new if I stopped I would be mad at myself.
Felt miserable about 2.5 miles in and it only got worse, hit part of the course that was in a low area and had no wind. Singlet was soaked and sticking to me....uncomfortable and just wanted the race to be over, so i could get my shoe off.
Luckily my foot wasn't bleeding when I got done but it didn't feel good and hurt to put weight on.

Don't remember the last three mile splits i accidentally cleared them from my watch. But they were slow.
