Very humid evening for a race, breathing did not feel the best the entire run making it a very tough race. Course was flat and wound through a housing addition, a few times I did not really know if we were on the course but Philip and I just followed the guy leading. They did have the mile marked and volunteers stationed at each of them. Philip and I ran the entire race together I did start to kick a little earlier than Philip but managed to hold him off and beat him by the chestikle hairs. We finished second and third at 17:08.5 and 17:08.7
