Holy shit! Definitely my best (& longest) run so far. I felt good from the start & it lasted through the entire run. My pace felt quick & the effort was fairly easy. Phil gave me some advice yesterday & I used it with about a mile to go. He said when I'm increasing my distance my pace should feel too easy. I forced myself to slow down & still ended up with a reasonable time. I will stick with 4 miles for at least a week & see how I feel before bumping up again.
