Felt really good tonight. The best in over a week. Everything felt great including the shins. The only bad part about this run was that I stopped at the 2.0 mark. All it takes is a minute of walking & I feel like new again. I can't wait until my aerobic endurance increases. I crossed paths with Phil twice. He's always working hard. I hope to join him some day on one of his recovery runs. I still have a long way to go.
