Made it even further today. I'm not sure how accurate the pace is though. I really hope switching shoes will help resolve the shin problem. It's not pain, just soreness.
I really want to get back so I can run with my friends again. I just want to get this build up over with so I can feel like a runner again. Slowly but surely sucks ass!
