This weather has been so great for running. Looks like next week will be the same. I'm glad I reached this point of my training during the fall. It has always been my favorite season.

Took a while to loosen up and the left leg was trying to do something but never got bad. Tried to stretch my calves after the run and gave myself an instant charlie horse in the left. Ouch.

I kept track of a few splits just to see what my pace was. I'm still not sure how accurate the trail measurements are.
