It was so nice to run on grass in the sunlight. I had to walk a few times because my shins were still sore from last night. I'm glad Justin is patient. Running with him made the effort feel easier.
This past week has been very crappy. Colder weather, the time changing, running on pavement & having cold symptoms was just too much for me to handle all at once. I hope next week is better.
