Right knee, I can feel the ITBS tendon on my knee and also a slight sting in my chin and butt. No pain but if I can feel it it means it can eventually become inflamed.

The cause is an excessive torque when doing the dead lift (the normal ones).

I will therefore skip the next W1 workout (squats and dead lifts).
