Treadmill

Notes

A couple of miles on the treadmill to loosen up. My left ham/glute is really tender. Everything else feels really great...basically like I just did a regular workout. Tomorrow is usually the worst of it, so I'll see how the miles paid off in terms of recovery. I'll try to get some easy recovery walking/jogging in over the next several days then assess on Thursday.
