Warm and super humid. Ran hard from the start and negative split the turnaround by 21 seconds. I knew that I should PR this, but was very satisfied with the overall time and dropping 2:22 off my previous best.
D. and A. ran the 5k (with her friend Alexa as a bandit). They did really well and both got AG medals
