First interval workout since coming back. No real achilles issues, even at the beginning. Did plan 800m up/down and 3 x 1 mile @7:00 per, completed only 2x @ 6:30 - 6:40 pace. Had to stop at 400m into 3rd and start cooldown, just too tired. (Heat and endurance really too much for that speed, especially in a "easy week".) L Calf a little tight at end.
Started loop on the lower flat around to hight point near the 1/2.
