Notes
Started with goal of 1:30, plan was go out at 7 per mile and start increasing pace if could. Didn't have the next gear and the R calf was a just a little sore in mile 4 to mile 5 and then had bad/sharp pain. Tried to stretch/jog and loosen for a little the next mile or two and then tried to hold a steady pace. Small L hamstring cramp in mile 12 probably due to compenstanting and the tight turn.
