Notes

Shorter, long run as taper for Marathon next week. Tried to do more as progression run but started a little faster than planned. Never felt too stressed but a little tired at the end. Laps - 8:40, 9:18, 8:50, 8:50, 8:49, 7:58, 7:42, 8:12, 8:16, 7:34.
