2 miles up and 1 mile down, 3 miles of intervals - 4x800 hard and 400 recovery. Tried to do 6 min/mile pace for hard efforts and jog the recovery, extended the recovery before 3 and 4 since was feeling tired. Did maintain close to pace on hared efforts. messed up splits on watch.
