Long run day. Planned on easy 8 and did the distance but stopped watch and then started again after walking for a while. Really feeling tired all over, not sure why. (Sleep fatigue, poor running trend, too hot, low endurance or just overtrained?) Did start a little faster than planned but not bad and tried to relax the pace. After turning back kept it up for a little then had to take a couple walk breaks on the clock. Stopped the clock and walked just before the last mile then ran it in.

Laps - 8:42, 8:19, 8:35, 8:40, 9:36, 8:36, 9:16, 3:49 (1/2 mile).
