Easy 1 mile up/down. Planned on 6x800m and only did 4x800 since went out too fast. Planned on 6:15-6:30 pace for intervals and went sub 6 (more like 5:45 for most). Pretty windy, headwind, for more than second half of interval. Was pretty tired and winded at the end of each. Walked recovery ~2:00, not included.
