Notes

Easy run, testing the training partner for 1/2. Set pace a little slow at 9:40 or so and easily beat that but legs felt a little heavy and felt stressed when I tried to do a short amount at a quick pace. Laps - 8:02, 8:53, 8:36 fastest pace each lap 6:25, 6, 23 and 7:03.
