Notes
Moderate winds but otherwise nearly perfect weather for racing. Planned to start just under 7:00 per mile and see how things went. Stayed very close to pace and was holding back a little the whole time. It didn't feel too bad, did fade a little at the end due to wind/chill in mile 11-12 along with being just a little tired. Had a little side stitch just after mile 12 that had to slow for and cruised home since 1:30 was out of reach. Nice training/trial for next weekends races. Hope to not go to hard tomorrow during full.
