Notes

Long easy run, planned on easy with two harder efforts at miles 4-6 and 10 - 12. Started good but had to cut back after the 1st mile of the hard session. Started to feel pretty tired and needed walk breaks after 12 miles. Was it endurance, heat, hydration or other?
