Notes

Easy 1 mile up then 5x 800m fast, followed by 800m recovery (usually walked but a little jogging on the early ones). Planned to do all the fast sections in 3:30 but most closer to to 3:00 - 3:15. Unlimited rest due to conditioning and heat.
