Mile warm up. 6x800m then jog/walk 800m. Each lap is 800m time. Wanted 3:15 or so for the halves and did better.
Laps - 1st warm- 8:57, 2:57, 6:38, 2:58, 7:01, 2:48, 8:39, 2:58, 7:58, 2:50, 7:04, 2:51, 6:52.
