First try at the Mona Fartlek. Not bad overall but started too fast and because of that the recovery jogs were a little slower that planned and the latter fast portions were also not quite as quick. L achilles a factor during the run.
Did the 2x90 sec, 4x60 sec, 4x30 sec and 4x15 sec routine.
