Start interrupted by rain but pretty much an easy run with a 400m hard effort in the middle of each mile. Struggeled during one of the head wind hard efforts but most were close to 5:30 pace (67 sec). The rest of the run was as easy as necessary to feel comfortable. mile splits off due to the start
