Notes

Long, easy run. Started the morning with little fever and stuffy still so just started and would see what happened. Kept it very easy to start and was feeling OK at the very slow pace. Even tried to hold back a little more. Let the effort creep up after 3-4 miles. Without the breaks for water at mile 2 and 8 and stop to pee at 3 would have had pretty good overall pace.
