Notes
Endurance run. Steady and slow, ran on effort and stayed pretty comfortable, stated to chase a little in the last three miles but kept it relaxed. Did first loop clockwise and next counter, small drink break at half. Had a few minor aches during but not bad and jsut a little sore after.
