Notes

400m repeats with jog rest. Easy 400m jog then 400m fast then 400m jog into multiple 400m with 200m rest up to the cool down. Most recovery jogs were negative time of the hard effort. Not realy sure of the exact time. Fast pace @ 10.3 mph.(~6:40 pace)
