Notes

Most running at 5 RPE, 5-6 strides throughout at 7-8 RPE for about 15-30 seconds each. I need to get back to doing my warmup routine (which doesn't happen on this course, but I can add), as my legs feel heavy for the first mile to mile and a half, and I think getting the blood flow up and going before "running" would help me feel a little better.

Skipped my workout yesterday. My body felt tired, and I didn't want to run a time trial in a downpour. It was a good rest day, and I was rewarded with Sloppy Joe's for dinner. It pays to be lazy.
