A much different workout than last week. It was thick this morning, even before 8 AM. I didn't feel it was a good idea to get heat stroke or whatever, so I took the hill charges much easier than last week (almost 2:00/mile pace slower). I was still wiped out after 6. Man, this weather sucks.
