Notes
Tried to keep this one slow, but had trouble. It was incredibly cool compared to the previous two weeks, and their was a little bit of wind. Mile splits were 9:30, 9:29, and 9:10. This was supposed to be a 3.5 mile run. Two things happened. One, I completely forgot until I just started logging this run. Two, even if I had remembered I think I might have cut this one a little short. I was feeling very tired yesterday and still a little sluggish today. My legs were a little sore, which I suppose can be attributed to six miles yesterday. The run felt pretty darn good, but it was nice to do three and call it a night. Speed work tomorrow.
