Notes
Everything I need to know I learned in kindergarten. Today's remembered lessons:
1) Afternoon snacks are good. I was hungry on the run, I should have listened to my body when it reminded me of such at 3:30.
2) Look both ways before crossing the street. Some people will run a light 3-seconds red, and then shrug their shoulders as they nearly run you over as if to say, "whatcha gon' do?"
Added drills and strides after. The pain is almost completely gone from my shin, and is now resting solely in the IT band just above the knee. It hurts, but we can fix that (with more pain, yay!)
