Notes

Same drill as last three workouts: Run 2 minutes; walk 2 minutes. Did not experience the same acute pain in shins, but did feel burn there.

Knees felt a bit funny at rest during the day, but fine during run. I'll discuss this with trainer to determine possible cause and treatment.
