Notes

Supposed to be 9 miles, progression full distance. I'm not sure if it was my lungs or my legs, but I hit mile 8 and something shut down. I opted to play it safe to run another day, and added on an easy cool down mile on top of the one I had back to the house. I'm in the middle of my second consecutive biggest week of my life, and I'm feeling the miles a little.
