7 miles with 5 x 3 min hard, 2 min recovery. I felt a lot of chest tightness tonight, but decided that I was going to fight and win... or fight and lose. Was aiming (completely arbitrarily) for 6:20 pace on the hard efforts, and I didn't quite get there but I didn't give up. I worked hard tonight, and realized that I'm not completely recovered from sickness. I also learned that I could push when I needed to.
