Supposed to be 9 miles with 10 x 1 min hard uphill. But I have not been feeling well and this workout did not go well because of that, so I shortened it to a little over 7 miles with 6 x ~1 min hard uphill. This sucked. Also, note to self: don't blast the first freakin' repeat when you're sick (or ever). It's impossible to recover. Impossible...
