Playing around on the treadmill at Equivita.
I mixed and matched from the following:
Speeds (mph): Rest (3.5) / Recovery (6.5) / Intervals: 7.0 / 7.5 / 8.0 / 8.5 / 9.0 / 9.2
Inclines: 1.0 / 2.0 / 3.0 / 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5 / 5.0 / 6.0
On anything faster than 8.0, I only did 30 seconds or less, but it felt good to get turnover in there and float a little, even if it was indoors on a dreadmill.
I can't wait until this crappy weather breaks so I can get back outside.
