CONFIDENCE WORKOUT ALERT! 7 miles with 2 x 15 min hard w/ 5 min recovery. I had a million reasons to bag this workout or modify it. It was super hot (what the heck... feels like 104 degrees?!?), my ribs hurt like hell, it was hot, I'm lazy. Plus... it was hot. But I got in nearly 4 miles of hard running at the fast end of the pace range I was shooting for (7:30-7:45). One thing I know it won't be on race day is 92 degrees. Let's keep rockin'.
