Easy 5 with a faster finish for a little less than a half mile. Helicopters and sirens all around tonight. Something must be happening that a guy who doesn't watch the news doesn't know about. Hope they weren't looking for me. First run in the Brooks PureFlow. I liked them just fine. They really push for the forefoot strike, which I like better. Nice shoe, so far.
