13, feels like -4 F. Going out, the wind was in our face and brutal. Ran with Bob, and he stopped at about mile 4.5 to call his wife to come get him because parts of his body were freezing up that he didn't want frozen. I finished up on my own, and ended up running quicker than I'd intended. Screw shoes rock.
