Weighed myself at mom's today, 142. I've been holding steady in the 145-148 range for some time now. This past week was quite warm and I've also run the second most miles I ever have. I don't mind being a bit lighter, but I think I'll want to keep an eye on this to see how I feel at this weight (or if this changes, again).
When I was sick in February, I was down to 140 and I felt very weak. Of course... that was probably the sickness, but still.
