7 miles, with 800m at goal pace, 400 rec, 4 x 200m fast with 200m recovery. 800 was stretching it on pace today, and the 200s quickly got overwhelming with only 200 recovery. I'm not too ashamed of the walking I did before the last two. It was nasty. Easy cool down was nice. Now, dinner.
