Interval portion of Interval workout - 6 x .75 mi w/ 3 min R

On the roads for this one, warmup and cooldown on trails. Was very windy, so found a route that would put the wind to my back on the intervals, ran back the opposite direction into the wind on the recoveries. Worked pretty well, got a good workout in. Kind of hilly as well.
