Marathon pace portion of: 4 mi E, 15 mi @ MP, 1.5 mi E
Felt alright - nice and smooth sometimes, a bit of a struggle other times. Had some pretty hilly portions mixed in. Finished feeling OK, but then as soon as I let up the fatigue hit and I felt pretty spent. Was probably dehydrated, as I didn't take enough water to start and it took me about 10 miles or so until I was back home to reload.
A good 10 seconds per mile faster than last year's MP workouts, and I think it probably felt a bit easier. Still, it's hard to imagine 11 more at that pace.
