Marathon pace portion of MP workout - 2 mi E, 15 mi @ MP, 2 mi E

These are my least favorite workouts, but it went pretty well. Started out nice and comfortable up to about mile 4 or 5, and then I started to feel the weakness in my quads that has been there since New Bedford. Was really worried that I wouldn't be able to finish the workout. But around mile 7 I found a fairly comfortable groove and the rest of the way really wasn't too bad. I threw a few hills in towards the end as my Boston "simulation", and that went OK as well - legs were rough at the top of the hills, but recovered again by the bottom, and was able to keep the avg pace on target.

Overall, this is the fastest pace I've maintained for an MP workout, and I still felt decent at the end. Pace was right on target for a 2:40, so this is a good confidence boost for Boston.
