Ran with Joe. This one felt much better than Tuesday. I wore the Launch's with compression and only felt a twinge of the metatarsal discomfort on the right foot towards the end of the run. I really didn't feel the tendonitis at all. I'm thinking I'll try the metatarsal pads in the Launch's and go from there.
