Yea a run, this was actually a 5 mile run but I took my work phone which lasts about a 1/2 hr in 30 degree weather if fully charged, well done Apple. That's why my phone is an android but my podcasts weren't synced, longer story, technology woes. The run went ok,did 30-30 until my phone died, based on my watch I kept up the 12:15 pace.
