A nice morning walk, after a few days off while we were taking care of our granddaughter. The knee is a limiter but I added a stiff back and tight hamstring to go with it. So even slower than normal. I keep looking for a positive sign to defer the surgery but thus far no changes for the better. So 2 weeks to see a change, at this point looking forward to the surgery so I can resume some normality.
